Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website, online scheduling tools, patient communication systems, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Potens Wellness Clinic (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Nature of Services
Our Services include general information about chiropractic care, appointment scheduling, patient communication (including SMS), and related offerings.
Information provided through our website or communications is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Use of our Services does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is only formed after you are evaluated by a licensed provider at Potens Wellness Clinic and complete required intake documentation.
Do not rely on website or text message content to diagnose or treat any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider. In an emergency, call 911 immediately.
Online Booking and Patient Responsibility
When using our online scheduling system, you agree to:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect the time of both our providers and other patients, the following fees apply:

$25 – Missed or late-cancelled new patient appointments

$15 – Missed or late-cancelled existing patient chiropractic appointments
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with sufficient notice of least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Fees may be charged to the card on file or billed to you directly.
We reserve the right to waive fees in limited circumstances at our sole discretion.
Payments and Third-Party Platforms
Payments, scheduling, or forms may be processed through third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the policies, security, or performance of those systems. You agree to review their terms and privacy policies when using them.
SMS/Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile number, you give express written consent to receive text messages from Potens Wellness Clinic. These may include:
